Sustainability Leadership Role

We are seeking a skilled Sustainability Leader to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing environmental and climate governance strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop short and long-term ESG and climate strategies.
  • Lead the ESG Committee and support ESG subcommittees across the business.
  • Provide guidance on ESG risks, opportunities, and climate scenario analyses.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian Sustainability Reporting Standards (ASRS) and other evolving regulatory frameworks.
  • Champion ESG training, change readiness, and communication initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in ESG, sustainability, risk, governance or related fields.
  • Expertise in climate reporting, ESG disclosure frameworks, or financial reporting.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distil complex issues into practical action.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on project delivery experience.
