Job Description

We are seeking an ESG Specialist to join our team in a key role that requires a deep understanding of environmental, social, and governance issues affecting companies and industries.

This specialist will be responsible for covering ESG topics impacting sectors within the Australian market and assisting senior analysts to maintain an ESG lens over various industries.

Main Responsibilities
  • Covering ESG topics impacting sectors within the Australian market.
  • Maintaining an ESG lens over various industries.
  • Building relationships with key industry participants for research and analysis.
  • Contribution to research reports and provision of written/oral commentary on ESG topics.
  • Maintenance of industry databases and company analysis.

The ideal candidate should possess strong numerical and financial modelling skills, experience in equity research, investment management, or sustainability roles, along with a degree in accounting, finance, economics, or social sciences.

Exceptional communication skills and relationship-building abilities are crucial for success in this position. CA or CFA qualifications are advantageous but not necessary.
