ESG Reporting Specialist

We are seeking an ESG reporting specialist to drive performance and enhance disclosures.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the preparation of ESG disclosures, including Scope 1–3 emissions, aligned with ASRS and regulatory frameworks.
- Manage ESG data systems and ensure accuracy across platforms.
- Deliver insightful reporting and visual dashboards to support decision-making.
- Work with managers to embed ESG metrics into daily operations.
- Drive the rollout of ESG systems and controls, including emissions tracking.
- Support the development of ESG governance structures and internal policy frameworks.
- Assist in integrating climate-related risks into financial planning.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to align ESG initiatives.
- You are a commercially minded ESG professional with a strong finance or accounting background.
- You're analytical and detail-oriented, with experience in ESG reporting, financial analysis, or sustainability operations.
- You'll need to demonstrate:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Environmental Management, or a related discipline.
- 5–8 years' experience in ESG reporting or financial analysis.
- A deep understanding of ESG frameworks such as ASRS and TCFD.
- Strong Excel and data visualisation capabilities.
