Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Services Director to join our team at Skilled Medical. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of quality clinical services across our network of hospitals.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in medical leadership, with experience in clinical governance systems, accreditation, and provision of healthcare services. You will be able to drive improvements in patient care and lead change initiatives to enhance the delivery of care to diverse populations.

About the Role

  • Oversight of quality clinical services across multiple hospitals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A registered medical practitioner with AHPRA registration
  • Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators (FRACMA) or equivalent
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in complex health settings
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Ability to design and lead change initiatives to drive improvement in patient care
