Oaks Lake Crackenback Resort is looking for a Guest Service Agent to join the team. As a vital member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests from the moment they arrive at our hotel.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be proactive in resolving any issues that may arise during a guest's stay and will take pride in ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.

As a Guest Service Agent, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a warm and friendly reception to guests upon arrival
  • Maintaining clear and courteous communication with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders across various channels
  • Overseeing the accurate processing of guest reservations, updates, and special requests
  • Acting as a primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay
