Job Title: User Operations Specialist, APAC

This role presents an excellent opportunity to work as the frontline support specialist in a dynamic and innovative team environment.

As the User Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for providing empathetic and efficient support to our clients. This involves handling multiple competing priorities and tasks, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver empathetic, accurate, and timely resolutions to client support inquiries.
  2. Juggle multiple competing priorities and tasks to ensure seamless support experience.
  3. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex issues and escalate when necessary.
  4. Maintain a deep understanding of products and services to provide knowledgeable support.
  5. Document client interactions and feedback to aid continuous improvement.
  6. Work closely with other departments to resolve client issues and contribute to the overall client experience.

You will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and adaptability in this fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in client/customer support, preferably in a technical SaaS product or B2B technology company.
  • Exceptional empathy and genuine desire to help and connect with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to think creatively and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.
