Frontline Service Delivery Specialist

This position involves delivering high-quality frontline service to patients and clients attending Medical and Surgical Outpatient Departments. The role supports clinical teams by ensuring the smooth daily operation of clinics, managing waitlists and appointments, and maintaining strict confidentiality.

About the Role
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and clients in a fast-paced clinic environment.
  • Support clinical teams with day-to-day operations, including appointment scheduling and data entry.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality is upheld at all times.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide timely and effective support to clinical teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
  2. Manage waitlists and appointments efficiently, minimizing delays and cancellations.
  3. Develop strong relationships with department leaders and colleagues to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
  4. Contribute to the optimization of funding models and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in a clinic setting, including reception duties and phone enquiries.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
