This is an exceptional chance for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our platform engineering team in Sydney. Over the next 18 months, we will be continuously evolving our existing platform-as-a-product, focusing on delivering delightful experiences, tackling complex technical challenges, and driving customer value.
As a key member of our platform team, you'll work closely with your engineering manager, technical product manager, and other engineers to enhance our internal systems and platforms. You'll be responsible for cross-cutting technologies that support all Dovetail engineers in delivering value to our customers.
- You'll directly impact delivery performance, developer experience, reliability, and the end-to-end customer experience by delivering excellent internal products.
- Working with your team, you'll participate in the design and implementation of technical solutions for Dovetail's platform, including infrastructure, application foundations, developer tooling, CI/CD, and observability.
- You'll bring an SRE mindset to promote operational practices within our platform and product teams, supporting state-of-the-art reliability and performance for our rapidly growing customer base.
- You'll collaborate with others to continually improve our software practices through code review, pair programming, design sparring, and career growth.
- You'll maintain and foster a pragmatic approach to software development while collaborating towards establishing detailed guidelines and standards for product development processes based on industry best practices and your experience.
