TEG, a global leader in Live Entertainment, Ticketing and Technology, is seeking an experienced Digital Analytics Strategist to join its Sydney team. The successful candidate will have 4+ years of experience in analytics within an ecommerce or digital marketing environment.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.

As a Digital Analytics Strategist at TEG, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Analysing website and sales data to identify trends and optimise customer experience
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Conducting deep-dive analyses to identify areas for optimisation in the online customer journey
  • Deriving and circulating data-driven insights to inform UX and digital development streams
  • Actioning insights from our DX Intelligence platform to reduce customer friction points and prioritise our optimisation efforts

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX, digital marketing, and product teams, to enhance the online research and buying experience and increase conversion rates.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree a plus
  • 4+ years of experience in analytics within an ecommerce or digital marketing environment
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Fullstory) and data visualisation software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in SQL, Python, or R preferred
  • Proven track record of using data to drive business growth and customer experience improvements
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex data insights to a non-technical audience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines
