About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Experience Strategist to lead a high-performing team and drive business growth through innovative digital solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SEO and digital experience, with expertise in developing customized strategies to meet client objectives.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership to our client base, helping them to innovate and improve their digital ecosystems.
  • Implement and refine a common set of digital products nationally, with a unified approach, methodology, and marketing collateral.
  • Oversee your team's product, including implementation, quality of outputs, reporting, and day-to-day invoicing and billing.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a team of senior managers, executives, and assistants.
  • Contribute to business development with new and existing clients, including pitches, proposals, case studies, and identifying opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media, clients, third-party planners, sister agencies, and the Resolution Digital team.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, plus benefits, including flexible work arrangements, continuous training, and a mentally healthy work environment.

Your Expertise:

  • Proven experience in SEO or digital experience.
  • Experience managing a highly productive team.
  • Familiarity with relevant tools, such as Screaming Frog, SEMrush, DeepCrawl, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics, BrightEdge, and Adobe Analytics.
  • Ability to develop customized digital strategies to meet client objectives.
  • Experience in CRO and/or eCommerce is advantageous.
