This role presents a unique opportunity to drive strategic planning and management of potential building upgrades at the Department of Treasury and Finance's CBD offices. The proposed enhancements aim to improve productivity, align workspaces with business needs, ensure occupational health and safety standards, and meet security requirements.

About You

As the Project Manager - Accommodation, you will lead DTF's engagement in planning, implementation, and management of accommodation enhancements, championing DTF's needs and driving project direction. You will serve as the primary liaison between DTF and stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and ensuring transparency in decision-making.

You will be responsible for developing a comprehensive brief that specifies DTF's requirements, integrating stakeholder feedback and best practices. This includes driving stakeholder engagement and buy-in by preparing authoritative briefings on project benefits and implications. Additionally, you will provide comprehensive reporting to senior stakeholders on progress regarding timelines, scope, costs, and risk management.

The Department of Treasury and Finance provides economic, financial, and resource management advice to support the Victorian Government's policies. With a focus on excellence in financial and economic management, the organization strives to improve the lives of all Victorians.
