About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to lead our Retailing vision and drive business growth at Jetstar Airways Pty Ltd. As a Strategic Retailing Product Lead, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities within the booking domain. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to create and maintain a product backlog that delivers business value and return on investment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with the Senior Product Lead and Agile development teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Digital, Ancillary, Airline Operations, and Customer Care, to ensure alignment and effective delivery of product enhancements.
- Provide vision and direction to the Agile development teams, stakeholders, and customers to ensure smooth delivery of product enhancements.
- Analyse data and user feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and feature enhancements that meet KPIs and align with the product vision and strategy.
- Lead the product release plans, set expectations for delivery of new functionalities, and mitigate impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals.
- 3+ years' experience as a Product Owner, Agile Project Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role in software development.
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of Agile process and principles, experience working Scrum, and Scrum product owner certification highly regarded.
- Excellent influence, communication, presentation, organisational, time management, analytical, problem-solving, attention to detail, creative thinking, leadership, and motivation skills.
