Job Title: Strategic Operations Coordinator
Role OverviewThis is a key governance role to support the CEO and Head of Business Operations. The ideal candidate will drive Tennis Victoria strategy to 2027 with a focus on Organisational Governance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for key governance functions, administrative tasks and facilitating business operations activities.
- Provide administration and executive assistance to senior leaders.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, record and maintain action items.
- Support finance and Workday functions — assist in processing invoices, support team members in raising requisitions, reimbursements, expenses, setting up suppliers and timely credit card reconciliations.
- Assist with governance tasks including Board and committee meeting minute-taking.
- Plan and execute the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and any Special General Meetings.
- You have strong administrative skills and understanding of organisational governance.
- You have previous experience working with an Executive team and board.
- You have a degree in Law/Governance, Business Management, Human Resources or other relevant field.
- You have experience in financial administration and effective stakeholder management.
- You are flexible regarding working hours and arrangements related to Tennis Victoria.
