Rotating roster and work-life balance are essential for this challenging role in civil maintenance and incident response. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills across various disciplines, including labouring activities, maintenance, and construction equipment.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to health and safety, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A current MR Licence is mandatory, while experience with traffic control and tow truck operation is highly desirable.

As part of our team, you will enjoy a 4 on 4 off rotating roster, weekend penalty rates, and opportunities for on-the-job training and up-skilling. We value diversity and encourage applications from qualified Australian citizens and permanent residents.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform civil maintenance tasks and respond to incidents as required
  • Maintain accurate records and report any incidents or near-misses
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve project goals

**Requirements:**

  • Current MR Licence
  • Tow truck licence (highly desirable)
  • Current Traffic Control ticket and experience with Truck Mounted Attenuator (preferred)
  • Previous incident response experience and maintenance/construction equipment experience (highly desirable)
