The successful candidate will possess a Certification III in Rail Infrastructure or Mechanical/Civil Trade and have demonstrated experience working as a Civil or Track Infrastructure Maintainer. They will also have high-level problem-solving skills, enabling them to manage difficult situations, respond to emergencies, and restore assets after incidents.

In addition to their technical expertise, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing them to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
