Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Civil Foreman located on-site in Sydney, NSW. The Civil Foreman will oversee daily operations on construction sites, manage a team of workers, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and coordinate with project managers and engineers. Responsibilities include supervising excavation, piling, and ground engineering works, operating and maintaining heavy equipment, and ensuring that tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills and ability to manage teams effectively
  • Experience with operating and maintaining Heavy Equipment
  • Excellent Communication skills for interacting with team members, project managers, and engineers
  • Proficiency in Carpentry and Maintenance tasks related to the construction site
  • Ability to adhere to safety regulations and compliance standards
  • Relevant certifications and licenses for operating heavy machinery
  • Prior experience in ground engineering, piling works, or related fields is a plus
  • Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred
