Job Opportunity

We are seeking a commercially-minded and outcomes-driven professional to help shape and grow our product offering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identifying commercial opportunities for expansion of category including sourcing and developing new products
  • Engaging and sourcing key suppliers, locally and internationally, in our Exclusive Brands
  • Actively managing daily category operations including; planning and promotional activity, inventory management, shipping and logistics to ensure revenue and profit targets are exceeded every month
  • Managing and engaging with key stakeholders, internally and externally, to build effective working relationships and achieve outcomes

This role is perfect for someone who has already gained exposure to category management and is now ready to take on greater ownership and responsibility.

You will be given the opportunity to manage a portfolio, partner with suppliers, launch new products, and make a real impact on what our customers see and shop for every day.

The ideal candidate should have a University Degree in a relevant field (Commerce, Business, Economics or similar) and experience within an eCommerce, Retail or FMCG environment.

They should also be comfortable building and maintaining effective relationships, through exceptional communication and engagement, and highly analytical with commercial nous.

Additionally, they should be tech savvy and able to use various IT and cloud-based tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
