Product Development Manager

This role is responsible for driving commercial product development consistent with seasonal trends and direction to achieve revenue and gross profit targets.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the brand's target market and create product lines that meet customer needs.
  • Lead the garment development process, selecting fabrics, trims, blocks, and colours to ensure timely product category execution in-store.
  • Analyse financial performance data to identify opportunities for growth in sales, margin, and stock turn.
  • Manage a team, monitoring KPIs and targets, and build relationships with key supply partners to maximise commercial opportunities.
  • Use data to inform buying strategy and review competitor activity to determine market share opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (VM, Marketing, On-line) to effectively communicate the branded range across all channels and markets.
