Product Transformation Leader

Ownership of a commercial transformation with direct reporting to the Commercial Executive.

The role requires a strategic thinker who brings a strong commercial lens and thrives in transformation environments.

You will lead the implementation of a new Product Information Management (PIM) platform, including configuration and adoption.

Develop and maintain a structured, attribute-led product hierarchy across platforms and product categories.

Implement a segmented pricing framework and drive SKU allocation from legacy groups into structured, governed product families.

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent execution across systems and teams.

A strong background in industries with technical, high-volume SKUs is required. Familiarity with PIM, ERP, or CRM platforms is also essential.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage system-based projects.

Based in Melbourne's northern suburbs, with access to major transport routes. Hybrid working considered.

Key responsibilities include:
