About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Culture Transformation Specialist to join our team at TPG Telecom. This is an exciting opportunity to drive organisational culture and development initiatives that align with our purpose and ambition.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for translating our culture and strategic ambitions into key programs and initiatives. This will involve devising a listening strategy to continuously keep informed on key culture measures and adapting our approach accordingly. The role will also lead targeted programs of work within key transformations programs to enable necessary cultural shifts.

In addition, the Culture Transformation Specialist will lead and implement culture-specific programs, working collaboratively with others responsible across key change levers including leadership, strategy, process improvement, and employee experience/lifecycle. They will also coach and provide best practice tools, advice, and guidance to embedding culture across the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have a data-driven and adaptable approach, with experience in designing and implementing organisational development initiatives where behaviours stick. They will be able to create a positive employee experience aligned to our Spirit of TPG, finding ways to win the hearts and minds of our people.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Data driven & adaptable leader who can drive outcomes in an ambiguous fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in designing and implementing organisational development initiatives where behaviours stick.
  • Creates a positive employee experience aligned to the Spirit of TPG.
  • Experience in identifying both behaviours aligned to our culture ambition and opportunities, ability to develop innovative solutions to address.
  • Facilitation experience.
  • Results-orientated, proven to deliver desired outcomes in organisational culture.
  • A role model of the Spirit of TPG telecom.
  • Organisational psychology or appropriate tertiary qualification.
