At TPG Telecom, we're embarking on an extraordinary journey to create a unified force that's redefining the telecommunications landscape. As our Organisational Culture and Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving this transformation by developing and implementing strategies that embed our desired culture across the organisation.

About the Opportunity
We invite applications from visionary leaders who can drive cultural shifts and connect our people's hearts and minds with our vision. This 12-month fixed-term contract offers a unique opportunity to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, devise innovative solutions, and lead targeted programs of work within key transformations initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate our culture and strategic ambitions into actionable programs and initiatives that will embed our desired culture across the organisation.
  • Develop a listening strategy to continuously monitor key culture measures and adapt our approach as needed.
  • Lead targeted programs of work within key transformations programs to facilitate necessary cultural shifts.
  • Collaborate with other teams responsible for change levers, including leadership, strategy, process improvement, and employee experience/lifecycle, to ensure our culture is embedded across all touchpoints.
  • Coach and provide best practice tools, advice, and guidance to employees to help them understand and embody our organisational culture.
  • Facilitate and develop programs to support cultural development and associated capability programs.

Requirements:
  • Data-driven leader with experience in designing and implementing organisational development initiatives where behaviours stick.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills – able to collaborate with others and drive positive change.
  • Results-oriented, proven ability to deliver desired outcomes in organisational culture.
  • A degree in organisational psychology or a related field.
