Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive squad adoption of best-in-class Agile techniques
  • Build culture in the team, shield the squad where necessary, and encourage them to voice their ideas
  • Motivate and drive team outcomes
  • Implement process for the squads (you'll be looking after two to three)

About You:

As a Scrum Master, you'll be experienced with ideally two plus years in a Scrum Master role, a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to drive successful business outcomes.

You'll be outgoing, proactive, and outcomes-focused, with excellent relationship-building skills and a history of creating positive and motivated squad environments.
