As a Technical Support Expert, you will be the primary point of contact for internal users, resolving IT issues and collaborating with engineers to resolve complex problems. You will have exposure to various technologies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage service requests and incidents using best-in-class practices and process management.
  • Maintain and develop local IT guidelines, processes, and procedures for high-quality customer service.
  • Provide support on VOIP telephony systems, including 8x8, and arrange teams' rooms and video conferencing equipment.
  • Serve as the local Incident Commander for IT Major Incidents, leading emergency response efforts, liaising with stakeholders, and facilitating post-incident reviews.
  • Assist with troubleshooting iPhone/iPad and Android devices, maintain office network connectivity, and provide support for the IT service desk.
  • Foster good working relationships with technology teams and business units, and suggest ideas to simplify or accelerate technology solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a technical support specialist or similar role.
  • Relevant certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or equivalent.
  • Good understanding of corporate network infrastructure and architecture.
  • Experience with Azure AD and Intune.
  • Customer service mentality, ability to prioritize and multitask, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
