**Job Overview:** Automotive technical support experts play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer experiences. In this position, you will provide expert technical guidance to our customer service teams and external partners.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including emergency assistance, customer care, and network operations, to drive technical development of roadside assistance programs.
- Strategic Partnership Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with automotive brands to ensure high-quality technical support.
- Program Development: Contribute to the design and implementation of technical strategies for roadside assistance programs.
**Supportive Role:
- Technical Assistance: Provide real-time or retrospective support on parts identification, diagnostic procedures, and roadside repair and mobilization protocols.
- Escalation Support: Offer timely escalation support to customer service agents.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards and incorporate technical requirements into quality frameworks.
**Required Skills and Experience:
- Background: A mechanical background or degree in a relevant field is highly desirable.
- Certifications: CTT+ certification is an asset.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate confidently with diverse audiences.
- Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
