Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our Technology Division, you will provide high-quality technical support to our employees and clients.

Your role will involve providing assistance over the phone, via email, and in person, resolving technical issues, and maintaining our audio-visual services. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and set up of AV equipment for client meetings.

As a Service Desk Analyst, you will work closely with our Technology Team to ensure seamless delivery of our IT services. Your excellent communication skills and ability to think critically will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven ability to clarify priorities and resolve technical issues
  • Experience in an audio-visual environment
  • Troubleshooting skills for supporting remote staff
  • Experience with managing Mobile devices via an MDM solution
  • Active directory skills - ability to maintain, create, and delete user accounts
  • Understanding of network topology
  • Configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting VOIP softphones & telephone handsets
