Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Mobility Support Expert to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing key support to Customer Service Agents, Technicians, and Towing Operators in assisting customers with vehicle mobility incidents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with various teams to develop the roadside assistance program.
  • Maintain relationships with technical personnel within BMW to stay up-to-date on technical information.
  • Work closely with training teams to maintain training materials and delivery.
Support Roles:
  • Provide technical support to technicians on parts identification, diagnostic procedures, and roadside repair.
  • Support towing operators on appropriate towing protocols for specific vehicles.
  • Escalation support to Customer Service Agents.
Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure adherence to Quality Assurance guidelines.
  • Utilize customer experience insights to improve service quality.
Communication:
  • Listen to customers to understand their needs.
  • Demonstrate active listening and convey solutions effectively.
Collaboration:
  • Work collaboratively with customers and colleagues to deliver improved outcomes.
