About the Role

We are seeking an Environmental Sustainability Leader to join our team at Red Bull Australia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our sustainability initiatives and developing strategies to minimize our environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage your expertise in environmental sustainability to develop and implement policies and procedures that ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement sustainable practices across all areas of the business.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key external partners, including suppliers, NGOs, and industry bodies.
  • Provide thought leadership on environmental sustainability issues and stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices.
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of sustainability initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

$140,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits package.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within a large multinational organization or consulting firm.
  • Demonstrated expertise in environmental sustainability, including knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects forward.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A high level of integrity and professionalism, with a strong commitment to ethics and corporate social responsibility.
