Job Role: Conference & Events Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administration activities including correspondence, filing, and preparation of quotes.
  • Collaborate with back-of-house teams to ensure events are executed professionally and efficiently.
  • Conduct site inspections for clients and third-party suppliers as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client information, and event bookings using event management systems.
  • Prepare regular reports as directed by senior management.
