Warehouse Compliance Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the advancement of warehouse compliance at a site, ensuring seamless delivery and production. As a senior specialist in supply chain compliance, you will be responsible for reviewing and optimizing standard operating procedures, training local teams, managing warehouse documentation, and collaborating with stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include managing compliance documentation, reviewing SOPs for site warehouse functions, revising training modules, supporting warehouse specialists, handling sample movements, managing deviations, overseeing GMP requirements, conducting export control, and monitoring alarms.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- University degree in biology or equivalent preferred.
- 5+ years' experience in supply chain or warehousing including audit management, SOP revisions, and working with SAP in a pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing environment is essential.
- Supply chain project management experience preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are required.
