This role focuses on supporting our manufacturing and supply chain operations to ensure seamless delivery and production. We are seeking professionals dedicated to transforming global health and shaping the future of mRNA technology in Australia.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to support the advancement of warehouse compliance at the site, ensuring our processes meet the highest standards of regulatory and operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities- Manage compliance documentation for efficient inbound and outbound processes
- Review standard operating procedures for site warehouse functions to ensure ongoing compliance and operational excellence
- Revisit training modules for local supply chain associates in collaboration with the Supply Chain Director
- Support warehouse specialists by managing documentation for cycle counting and peaking activities
- Handle documentation for sample movements in alignment with company standards
- Manage deviations within the warehouse, working closely with the Warehouse Operations Lead and QA/QC team
- Oversee Good Manufacturing Practice requirements for the warehouse, proposing actionable steps for ongoing GMP readiness and compliance
- Conduct export control for outbound shipments abroad, ensuring regulatory compliance
- Monitor and manage alarms (e.g., freezer alarms), addressing deviations as required
You will be an essential contributor in reviewing and optimizing standard operating procedures, training local teams, managing warehouse documentation, and collaborating with both local and global stakeholders.
Mission-Critical Requirements- We digitize everywhere possible: Your work will drive efficiency and enhance regulatory compliance using digital tools. Proficiency in platforms like SAP and Smartsheet will be critical in maintaining seamless workflows and real-time data access for the team.
- We act with dynamic range: This role requires a balance of strategic oversight and meticulous execution. You will work across various functions, ensuring high-level compliance and day-to-day operational success.
- University degree in biology or chemical sciences preferred
- 5+ years' experience in Supply Chain or Warehousing including audit management, SOP revisions, and working with SAP in a Pharmaceutical and Biotech manufacturing environment is essential
- Supply Chain Project Management experience preferred
- This position is site-based, requiring full-time presence at the site.
