We are seeking an experienced professional to support our Warehouse compliance at our Clayton site in Australia. In this role, you will review and optimize standard operating procedures, train local teams, manage warehouse documentation, and collaborate with both local and global stakeholders.

Your work will be vital in maintaining Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards and enabling our commitment to global health advancements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage compliance documentation to support efficient inbound and outbound processes.
  • Review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for site Warehouse functions to ensure ongoing compliance and operational excellence.
  • Revised training modules for local supply chain associates in collaboration with the Supply Chain Director.
  • Support warehouse specialists by managing documentation for cycle counting and peaking activities.
  • Handle documentation for sample movements in alignment with company standards.
  • Manage deviations within the warehouse, working closely with the Warehouse Operations Lead and QA/QC team.
  • Oversee GMP requirements for the warehouse, proposing actionable steps for ongoing GMP readiness and compliance.
  • Conduct export control for outbound shipments abroad, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor and manage alarms (e.g., freezer alarms), addressing deviations as required.
Requirements:
  • A university degree in biology or a related field is preferred.
  • 5+ years' experience in Supply Chain or Warehousing including Audit Management, SOP Revisions, and working with SAP in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is essential.
  • Supply Chain Project Management experience is preferred.

This position requires full-time on-site work at our site and does not offer remote work options.
