Warehouse Operations Professional

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage compliance documentation for efficient processes.
  • Review SOPs to ensure ongoing compliance and operational excellence.
  • Revised training modules for local associates in collaboration with the Supply Chain Director.
  • Support warehouse specialists by managing documentation for cycle counting and peaking activities.
  • Handle sample movements in alignment with company standards.
  • Manage deviations within the warehouse, working closely with the Warehouse Operations Lead and QA/QC team.
  • Oversee GMP requirements for the warehouse, proposing actionable steps for ongoing readiness and compliance.
  • Conduct export control for outbound shipments abroad, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor and manage alarms, addressing deviations as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • University degree in biology or chemistry preferred.
  • 5+ years' experience in supply chain or warehousing including audit management, SOP revisions, and SAP in a pharmaceutical environment essential.
  • Supply chain project management experience preferred.
  • This position requires on-site work at the specified location.
