As a Warehouse Operations Specialist, you will play a vital part in maintaining the smooth operation of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient workspace, monitoring stock levels, and overseeing the handling of materials/goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a consistently clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment.
- Monitor stock levels and anticipate future requirements to optimize inventory management.
- Supervise the handling of all incoming and outgoing materials/goods, ensuring thorough checks, sign-offs, and proper placement in designated areas or racking.
- Actively contribute to a safe and healthy workplace by identifying and addressing potential hazards, and promptly communicating and reporting any safety issues.
- Assist with Pick Pack and Dispatch duties as required.
- Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to maintain compliance.
- Execute forklift duties as necessary, adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Be flexible and available for additional hours as needed to meet business demands.
- Provide support to the production department when required or feasible.
- Communicate any issues, problems, and concerns effectively.

- Ability to work independently and under direction with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain principles.
- Proactive approach to identifying solutions and improving processes.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Possession of a valid forklift license and certification.
