We are currently seeking a seasoned leader to assume the role of Food & Beverage Operations Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with extensive experience in hospitality management to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of best practices within the industry.

A successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results and driving business growth.

In exchange for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $65,000-$70,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

This is a full-time position, with a varied schedule that includes 10 hour shifts, 12 hour shifts, and 8 hour shifts. You will work in person at our venue.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, please ensure you meet the following criteria:

  • 3 years' experience as a Food & Beverage Manager/Duty Manager within a similar role
  • Strong leadership attributes, including leading by example and actively encouraging best practice across the business
  • Able to create a positive venue experience, ensuring high standards of service and venue presentation
  • Solid understanding of best practice hospitality procedures, work health and safety, and quality standards
  • Well-developed computer skills for POS, rostering database, and Google Suite
  • Demonstrated drive for revenue growth, with an understanding of budgets, wage, and COG targets
  • Holding a current RSA certificate
