The Assistant Manager role is a key leadership position that supports the Venue Manager and team in bringing our purpose of 'creating pub experiences locals love' to life. We're looking for an engaging people leader who is motivated to create memorable moments for our guests and their team.
A Day In The Life Of An Assistant Manager
- Motivate and inspire your team to deliver genuine and 'local' guest experiences.
- Champion team coaching, mentoring, guest and team initiatives, and day-to-day pub operations.
- Proactively activate local events and support the Venue Manager to develop and drive marketing initiatives.
- Build a responsible service culture centered around fun, passion, and authenticity, encouraging your team and guests to come as they are.
What do we need from you?
- You have great hospitality leadership and operational experience with positivity and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- You have contagious passion for the guest experience and to inspire, coach, and develop your team.
- You hold QLD current industry RSA, RSG, RMLV, and Approved Manager qualifications.
- You'll be yourself and come as you are - our company values its employees.
