Job Title: Venue Manager

This is a dynamic opportunity to lead the operations of a large, fast-paced venue in Brisbane. As Venue Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of our flagship 1000-seat venue, spanning six bars and three kitchens that operates seven days a week.

With a front-of-house team of over 150 staff, you will drive service standards, guest experience, and team culture, ensuring world-class hospitality. You will have autonomy to make an impact while being backed by a collaborative and highly skilled support network.

  • Manage rostering in alignment with operational demands
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all menu offerings
  • Partner with chefs and marketing to coordinate weekly menu updates
  • Approve quarterly beverage pricing updates
  • Monitor and report on key operational metrics
  • Recruit, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
  • Champion a culture of passion, quality, and hospitality

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years' experience in a similar leadership role within a high-volume hospitality environment, as well as strong knowledge of licensing laws, food safety and health & safety regulations. They will be able to handle high pressure situations and make strategic decisions, with a proven track record of achieving financial targets and improving operational efficiency.
