The Role">
As Venue Manager, you will:
1. Run the day-to-day operations, including roster management, stock control, and service standards.
2. Build, train, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional results.
3. Maintain a sleek and operational venue, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
4. Drive sales and achieve targets through creative strategies and effective communication.
5. Lead by example, demonstrating positivity, energy, and a hands-on attitude every day.
Your Qualifications">
We're looking for a natural leader with 3+ years of experience in hospitality or restaurant management. You should possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication and people skills, and the ability to handle pressure. If you're ambitious, full of energy, and ready to take on a new challenge, we'd love to hear from you.
