Are you looking for a leadership role in a dynamic hospitality environment? As the Venue Manager at a leading brewery, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a large and fast-paced venue with six bars and three kitchens. This is a rare opportunity to lead a team of over 150 staff and drive service standards, guest experience, and team culture.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in a similar leadership role and strong knowledge of licensing laws, food safety, and health & safety regulations. They will be able to handle high-pressure situations and make strategic decisions. The Venue Manager will also be responsible for recruiting, leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team with clear structure and accountability.

This is a challenging but rewarding role that requires a passion for delivering world-class hospitality. The successful candidate will be able to execute an annual training calendar and champion a culture of quality and hospitality across all areas of the venue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage rostering in alignment with operational demands
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all menu offerings
  • Partner with chefs and marketing to coordinate and execute weekly menu updates
  • Approve and coordinate quarterly beverage pricing updates
  • Monitor and report on key operational metrics
  • Recruit, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
About You:
  • 3-5 years' experience in a leadership role within a high-volume hospitality environment
  • Strong knowledge of licensing laws, food safety, and health & safety regulations
  • Proven track record of achieving financial targets and improving operational efficiency
  • Ability to handle high pressure situations and make strategic decisions
