**Job Profile**

Our client is a renowned provider of entertainment, food and beverage services. They seek a Hotel Manager who will continue to improve this recently renovated venue.

As the Venue Manager of this community-based pub, you will be accountable for the ongoing execution of all tasks related to the successful operation of the venue. You will guide your direct reports to ensure their personal task lists are competently attended to, ultimately resulting in customer expectations being exceeded.

The role represents your opportunity to elevate your career by leading a large, dynamic hospitality icon to elevated levels of trade and performance. You will oversee a wide array of product offerings spanning entertainment, premium food & beverage, gaming, and retail. An upcoming renovation will also require your oversight.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Experience as a Venue Manager of large food, beverage, entertainment and gaming venues
  • Exceptional management skills
  • The ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams
  • High-level customer service expectations
  • A complete understanding of regulatory compliance across food, beverage and gaming

This role is offering a six-figure remuneration package comprised of a generous base salary plus super.
