About the Role:

Our team drives innovation and transformation through visual collaboration. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will own end-to-end relationships and strategic growth for state government accounts within the ANZ region.

You will develop and execute account plans, identify opportunities for expansion and new business growth, build strong long-term relationships with stakeholders, and act as a trusted advisor.

Proactively engage new teams, departments, or high-value use cases to expand Miro's footprint and value. Lead complex sales cycles from qualification to close, partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure customer health, drive adoption of key use cases, and identify growth signals.

Mastery of Miro's platform and solutions is required to demonstrate value, inspire new ways of working, and address customer needs.
