Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Account Director to join our State Government Team in Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity to work on delivering innovative software solutions that reduce business complexity, streamline services, and boost efficiencies.
About the Role:
- Penetrate new departments and expand existing business within the assigned State Government territory
- Leverage industry knowledge to showcase how clients can maximize license value and drive business benefits
- Continuously build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales activity through prospecting
- Demonstrate exceptional sales skills in forecasting, executive presentations, and strategic planning
- Develop long-term relationships with multiple stakeholders across State Government/Public Sector departments
Requirements:
- 8+ years of direct enterprise software sales experience
- Recent focus on State Government with a strong history in Public Sector sales
- A stable and progressive history of quota achievement
- A solid foundation in account management, pipeline development, and prospecting
