Job Title: Workday HCM Consultant

Overview:

The ideal candidate will lead or support Workday HCM Recruitment implementations, including configuration, testing, and deployment. They will collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into Workday recruitment solutions.

  • Implement Workday Recruiting modules, including job requisitions, approvals, offer management, onboarding, and integrations.
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and guidance on best practices.
  • Conduct system testing, data validation, and end-user training sessions.

Responsibilities:

The consultant will work closely with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Payroll) to ensure alignment and smooth project delivery. They will also provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure the system is running effectively.

  • Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into Workday recruitment solutions.
  • Configure Workday Recruiting modules, including job requisitions, approvals, offer management, onboarding, and integrations.
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and guidance on best practices.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Payroll) to ensure alignment and smooth project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with Workday HCM Recruitment module (implementation and/or post-go-live support).
  • Workday HCM certification in Recruiting preferred.
