We are seeking an experienced expert in Workday HCM and Learning who can bridge the gap between business and technical teams by solving complex intersystem problems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design, configuration, testing, and implementation.

Key responsibilities include guiding clients through transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a Workday HCM implementation, becoming a Workday HCM and Learning product expert with knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and implementation, leveraging expertise to recommend best solutions based on client's requirements, timeframe, and flexibility to adapt scope as additional needs are identified.

  • Become proficient in configuring and testing integrations between Workday solution and client's selected payroll and benefits providers.
  • Develop hands-on expertise of software, including loading customer data, moving configuration from tenant to tenant, and configuring business processes and security.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, HRIS or related field required;
  • 2+ years of Workday HCM and Learning functional implementation experience highly desired;
  • 2-5 years Human Resources, Payroll, or Financial software experience required;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively manage customer expectations;
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint programs;
