Workday HCM Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday HCM Expert to join our team.

In this role, you will play a key part in configuring and enhancing Workday across core modules including Human Capital Management (HCM), Absence, Recruitment, Performance, and Talent Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and support Workday HCM modules
  • Provide expert system support via the ticketing system, including ticket prioritisation, resolution development, testing and communication back to end users.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather business requirements, troubleshoot issues, develop functional specifications for system fixes and enhancements and implement solutions.
  • Participate in continued Workday feature release updates, assessing impacts to the business and executing system testing.
  • Develop and maintain clear system documentation, including process flows and configuration guides
