Workday HCM Consultant - Recruitment Module
Overview
Lead or support Workday HCM Recruitment implementations, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into Workday recruitment solutions.
Configure Workday Recruiting modules, including job requisitions, approvals, offer management, onboarding, and integrations.
Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and guidance on best practices.
Conduct system testing, data validation, and end-user training sessions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Payroll) to ensure alignment and smooth project delivery.

Qualifications
Strong experience withWorkday HCM Recruitment module(implementation and/or post-go-live support).
Workday HCM certification in Recruiting preferred.
