Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to work across our childcare centres in the Wagga Wagga area. As an Office Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing an effective documentation collation system for regulatory departments and providing support for account management activities.
About the Role
- Work closely with the Area manager on daily centre practices
- Support Centre managers across our 4-5 centres
- Implementing an effective documentation collation system for regulatory departments
- Providing support for account management activities
- Handling phone inquiries and similar administrative tasks efficiently
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in Admin or Receptionist Role (Desirable)
- Previous history in Early Childhood Education (Ideal)
- Experience in a management or leadership role
- A current Working with Children's Check or willing to obtain
- An individual with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to operate autonomously

Salary Information
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
