At Centacare Brisbane, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Administrative Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to provide professional and mature administration and reception services in a sensitive service environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional client support and administration services
- Assist clients with entry to our services and support the work of our practitioners
- Maintain accurate records and data entry
- Offer high-quality reception services to our clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Previous experience in office administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a flexible and cooperative team environment
- Highly organized and able to manage competing demands
- Current Blue Card or eligibility to apply
- Current driver's licence
- Australian Federal Police Criminal History Check or successful completion of one
- Working rights in Australia
