Administration and Reception Support Coordinator

At CPB Contractors, we are committed to delivering exceptional projects, and we are currently seeking an experienced Reception/Administration Assistant to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a large-scale construction project, working in our Milton Office as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
As a Reception/Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Meeting and greeting visitors, staff, and couriers
- Providing administration and front-of-house support to the project team
- Maintaining the office kitchen, ensuring it remains tidy, stocked, and replenished
- Managing stationery, keeping supplies stocked and reordered
- Assisting with queries and engaging with internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting the administration for the onboarding of new employees, including sending out forms, collecting information, and ordering IT equipment and mobile phones
- Information management and regular updates
- Coordinating mail and courier deliveries and collections
- Assisting with the preparation of presentations, reports, and draft correspondence as required by the line manager
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Previous administration and/or reception experience of at least 2 years
- A desire to work on a large-scale construction project
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Outlook
- Experience with JDE would be desirable, with training available
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your time effectively
