Job Opportunity

As a Residential Manager, you will lead with heart and manage with purpose in an aged care facility. Your responsibility will be to provide effective leadership of the facility, ensuring culture, processes and practices align with organisational strategies and policies, and that residents are well cared for in a caring environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operations of the home to deliver high-quality services to residents and their families.
  • Develop a positive work culture for staff through effective leadership and human resource management.
  • Manage finances effectively.
  • Ensure quality planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Promote a healthy and safe working environment for staff.

Requirements:

  • Strong business acumen and financial management experience.
  • Leadership skills and ability to delegate tasks.
  • Aged care experience is highly desirable.
  • Previous management experience of diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of ACFI, Aged Care Act, WHS, accreditation, and continuous improvement.
  • Passion for providing quality care.
  • Commitment to Christian values.
  • Clinical background as an RN or related discipline is highly desirable.
  • Current AHPRA nursing registration is desirable.
