About the Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Compassion, empathy and advocacy for residents and their families.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with sound decision-making.
  • Leadership experience and the ability to coordinate care across the team.
  • Current AHPRA registration and Australian Working Rights.
  • Valid Police Check or NDIS check (or both) to undertake inherent requirements in aged care; clearances must be verified before commencing.
